About the
Project
The client ran dozens of short-term rentals on manual processes, disconnected tools and expensive front-desk staff. The blind spot was critical: no real control over who entered the properties, exposure to fines for unregistered minors, and daily bottlenecks assigning cleanings and maintenance.
We designed and architected Havn Core, an all-in-one multi-tenant PMS: deep OTA integrations via Channex, a visual automation engine for guest communications, a Kanban-driven field operations module, and the groundwork for Havn Vision, hybrid identity verification on Google Cloud Vision.

The Result
We defined the technical roadmap to consolidate the entire operation onto one platform and reduce dependence on third-party software. The proposed architecture allows guest responses to be automated with AI, operational task assignment to be optimised, and an automated security protocol at check-in, protecting the business from legal and operational risk.
