We are Fluxora, a boutique digital product studio. Twenty years of engineering behind us, eleven products shipped in the last year, and a stubborn conviction that the body, the brain and the soul of a product should be built by the same people — because the seams are where products fail.

( How We Work )

What Makes Us
Special to Work With

You already know what we build. This is how. Four pillars, one team, and a set of habits we do not negotiate.

Let's Connect

We start by reading your existing system, not by proposing a new one. Most rewrites fail because someone underestimated what the old thing was quietly doing right. We map the real constraints first — the integrations nobody documented, the edge cases the business depends on — and only then draw the architecture.

Everything ships behind version control with deploy logs verified on every commit. No handoff moment, no big-bang launch. You watch it get built.

We never let a language model touch your database directly. The model decides; a deterministic layer validates, authorises and executes. Every write goes through schema validation and idempotency checks, so a hallucination becomes a rejected request instead of a corrupted record.

We instrument latency from day one and set a hard budget before writing a line. A brilliant agent that answers in six seconds is a worse product than a simple one that answers in two.

Brand work happens before the architecture, not after it. The tone, the visual system and the interaction language are decided while the data model is still negotiable — because a brand bolted onto a finished product always looks bolted on.

We build design systems, not screens. Component libraries with real constraints, so the tenth feature costs a fraction of the first and still looks like it belongs.

We stay on the accounts we build. Not as a support desk, but as the same people who wrote the code — which is why our clients tend to move to a monthly retainer rather than a warranty period.

We audit cloud and API spend as part of the work, not as an upsell. On AI products the inference bill is the one that quietly eats the margin, and the only person who can control it is whoever designed the calls.

Three People,
No Middle Layer

Small on purpose. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and you will know all of us by name before the first invoice.

Our Clients

Luxury linens, agritech, smart hospitality, independent commerce — and one recording artist. Different industries, same expectation: it has to work, and it has to look like someone meant it.
