Bewilder — Full Webflow to Shopify OS 2.0 migration on a custom Horizon theme.

About the
Project

Bewilder had a visually stunning Webflow site that had hit an operational ceiling. They needed to sell tickets for capacity-limited in-person events, run tiered recurring memberships and ship physical merchandise — all on one platform. The challenge was consolidating that without losing the brand's premium, playful aesthetic.

We migrated fully from Webflow to Shopify OS 2.0 with a theme built from scratch on our Horizon architecture, using Shopify CLI, Vite and Liquid. We built an ultra-modular system with granular controls — paddings, typography, strokes — to give the client real autonomy, and integrated the complex logic: event ticketing, recurring membership billing, and metafields for family intake forms.

The Result

Bewilder went from a static site to a fast, scalable commerce engine without giving up anything that made the original special. The launch was stable and landed in time to power their events in Los Angeles and Washington DC. Today the brand controls its own content with the same freedom it had in Webflow, earns recurring membership revenue, and sells tickets and merchandise from a single platform.
